Inspired by the groundbreaking retrospective at the Art Institute of Chicago, this 5-week course will explore the work of Cezanne and his impressionist contemporaries. Meet in the galleries of the Art Institute of Chicago museum to learn how Cezanne conceived and developed his famously deliberate and nonlinear process, working across media in oil painting, watercolors and drawing, and sketchbooks. Works by Monet, Pisarro, and others influenced by Cezanne will also be addressed.
The deadline to register is June 22 at 1 p.m. CT.
