Art Survey at the Art Institute: Van Gogh Landscapes

Inspired by the exhibition Van Gogh and the Avant-Garde: The Modern Landscape, this course will explore the work of Van Gogh and other Post-Impressionist painters working in the suburbs of Paris. Learn how they experimented with color and paint application to develop a new style. Works by Georges Seurat, Paul Signac, and others will also be addressed.
